What I deliver

A behaviour consultation at your home lasting about an hour and a half, and remote consultation in half hour blocks by telephone or video. Prices are on the rates page and include IVA. Travel time of up to one hour there and back is included in the rate; beyond that, the surcharge stated in advance applies.

Payment

You pay for the consultation at your home afterwards. You pay for the remote consultation in advance, because the time is then reserved for you.

Cancellation

You can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to twenty four hours before the appointment. After that I charge for the appointment, unless something has come up with your dog or with your health.

Cooling off period

If you book remotely, you have fourteen days to change your mind. If you want to be helped sooner than those fourteen days, I will ask you to confirm before the session that we are starting straight away and that your right of withdrawal lapses once the session has taken place. Without that confirmation you can cancel within fourteen days without giving a reason and you get your money back.

What I do and do not do

I work with behaviour. I do not make medical diagnoses and I do not prescribe treatment. Where there is pain or illness, the vet comes first. The timescales on this site are what I see in practice, not a promise. Every dog and every home is different, and most of the change happens between appointments, at your home.

Complaints

Tell me first, and I will put it right. If we cannot resolve it between us, you can turn to the consumer protection service of the Generalitat Valenciana.
